A Background paper to inform the development of a national professional development framework for teachers and school leaders – This article supports the CR4YR project. Strategically, it underscores that the situatedness of the teacher inquiry model will be effective if we build in a reflexive component: that is, we need to continually inform teachers in the project about what we are finding provincially so that they can reflect on that information for their own practice.
